I love the convenience of their waitlist online and fast service when I get there. I love Ms. Sue, she does such a wonderful job with my hair. This is my second location I’ve gone to. They seem to maintain the same quality at each location.

Really like this always quick and very friendly, they do a good job of cutting your hair and I feel comfortable over there close to home and quick check-in is amazing. It’s very easy to get in and out and parking is wonderful. Glad they’re around then they don’t cost a fortune.

Hair stylist was rude and unprofessional. She seemed very aggravated about having to cut my 2 yr olds hair. She was aggressive and impatient with him and then 5 minutes into the cut, quit and refused to finish it. My son was not acting out in any way, she just refused to finish because he wasn’t remaining perfectly still. Several times she would stop cutting and just stand there looking angry. My son now looks like he found scissors and cut his own hair. And yes, she still charged for the cut.

Critical:Professionalism,QualityDon’t come here if you have multicultural hair. There’s a walmart right by this place with SmartStyles hair salon in it. I ended up having to go there after my time at Great Clips. First, I made it clear that I wanted someone who specializes in curly hair. The lady who assisted me was very full of herself and downright narcissistic, when we asked for the price she looked at my hair and spoke that it was a lot. Mind you, my curls are 3b/3c, fairly thin and easy to straighten compared to coarser hair types. She spoke $55 plus $5 for shampoo. A professional hair salon would not charge for shampoo if its already included in the service. And $55 for a regular wash and blow was ridiculous since it was listed under “fancy” hairdo. The lady at this establishment was not at all familiar with curls and washed my hair in hot water, as well as brushed in from the middle down with a paddle brush used for straight hair. All my curly girls KNOW you comb curls out from the bottom first. Aside from money, why agree to do someone’s hair when you already know you don’t know how to? Below I’m sharing two pics. The first is GreatClips final “straighten,” and beside that is SmartStyles done by the manager Aimee. In the pics be sure to look at the cuts. GreatClips messed up my ends. Ridiculous. Aimee had to fix up both sides all over again and charged a reasonable $42. Seriously just save time and go to the Walmart. Anyone willing to reach out to me for details or proof of timestamp, I will be happy to provide it. Coming from NY I was used to a lot of diversity in my hair salons. This place however, lacked that. I don’t generally go to chain stores to get get a haircut but I was in a rush and it was way overdue. I lucked out on a Friday afternoon and was able to walk in and get a cut with no wait. My stylist was easy going and listened to my requests and was able to execute it close enough to my description to make me happy. I will most likely return here again.

Took my daughter with me to get our hair cut , specifically stated we just wanted a TRIM. They asked if we wanted layers. I said no just a trim. My daughter has very tight curls , the lady said she knew how to work with them. Obviously she did not. The lady that did my hair layered my hair and cut off a good amount, I can’t even braid my hair now. My daughters hair is layered, and cut it way too short. Will not be coming back.
