Does The Home Depot Berlin Township offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
Picking up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3.After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5.Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Great customer service
I had to return an online order and Alaina was professional and friendly throughout which was impressive since the point of sale system was slow and couldn't process it. She immediately got on the phone with their online order department and got the refund done very quickly

Lack of math skills cost me $100
I went in to turn in my propane tanks so that I could move to florida and redeem them. I spoke with a manager on the phone. I spoke with the local manager on the floor. They both instructed me on how to accomplish this through the Home Depot. The cashier just could not understand the concept and after paying for the redemption process to get a code, one of the employees used the code and gave me a full tank. Ok. Mistakes happen. The manager talked to the cashier to have them fix the problem. The cashier gives me a code for the redeemed tank then took back the code for the other one. after 10 minutes of trying to do ONE PLUS ONE EQUALS TWO math, I gave up and left. I am not out a propane cylinder and the cost of the of a refill.

Dawn that works at customer service is excellent!!!!
I have had some problems with different orders and purchases and every time I have gone there to have my problem resolved Dawn is right there to help me every time. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything at Home Depot. She is definitely one to have on your team. Thank you for all your help Dawn.

Great customer service from Sandi in the garden center
Sandi was just so helpful, kind and knowledgeable about plants and how to care for them. She was personable and went the extra mile to be nice to customers! Thanks Sandi there should be more people like you brightening peoples day!
