The User Control Panel, frequently referred to as UCP, is the main out-of-game interface for GTA:World, where players can view information about their characters, submit requests concerning properties and leases, manage their user account, see the status of services, and provides various other sources of information.
The UCP is one of the first portals a new player encounters when joining GTA:World, as it facilitates use account creation and the server application process. The portal can be accessed through the following link; https://ucp.gta.world/.
Below is an overview of the basic features that are available to all user accounts. More features may be available as user attain certain ranks, roles or rights.

Dashboard
Upon visiting the control panel, users are first directed to the dashboard. Here, general statistics and status information is displayed, such as the amount of users, vehicles, and properties on the server. Additionally, the list of the month's current top donators is displayed, alongside a table with status reports of the various services connected to GTA:World. On the left side of the page, the main menu is displayed, with the most important links that are available to the user. The first option of which is Home, which leads to the dashboard.
Header Menu
At the top right area of the control panel, a few buttons are available.
The left most question mark leads to the Help Center, which currently only links to the forums and the Discord server. The second button, showing either a sun or a moon icon, allows users to enable or disable on the dark mode feature of the control panel. The third button, with the bell icon, lists notifications related to the UCP, such as a new UCP changelog entry, or a gift receipt.
Finally, the username button allows users to visit their settings or log out of their account.
Settings
In the settings menu, users can view information such as their Server Record, to check if they have received any administrative punishments. Furthermore, the settings panel shows the status and ranks achieved by donators and their links to Discord groups and forum groups. Basic functionality such as changing passwords, email, and account names are also done through this menu.
Factions
On the left menu, the factions menu can be found. If any of the characters operated by the player are members of a faction, this menu allows members to see various details about their factions. Here, an overview of the members is displayed, including information about their activity, rank, and the last time that they were online. The records can be exported into various formats.
Businesses
If any of the characters operated by the player are employees or owners of a business, this menu allows them to see various details about their businesses. For many businesses, the details are restricted to managers and owners only, and thus no details will appear for regular employees.
Information such as the basics of the property, an overview of employees, including the time spent on duty in the last month, their ranks, and when they were last onduty, is available. Further details may be available depending on the type of business.
Characters
One of the more important sections of the UCP, this menu gives a detailed overview of each character on the user's account. The dashboard shows a basic overview of all the characters and their profile, including summaries of their net worth or wealth, their faction membership, and any properties, houses, and/or businesses that they own or lease. At the top, the in game activity is displayed in a graph to give a detailed overview of a character's online time.
When selecting a character from the sidebar menu, a more detailed overview of each character is displayed.
Here, the user can view all their assets in detail, as well as the contacts currently saved by phones owned and used by the character. Changes to the character can be made as well, such as the activation of donation features such as name changes, custom license plates, and custom phone numbers.
World Points Shop
In this menu, users can purchase World Points, spend them on special features and cosmetic options that are only available to donators, as well as see their purchase history.
XMR List
In this menu, users can find a complete list of XM Radio stations that are available in GTA:World. Adding a new station, which is a donator feature, can be added here as well.
Property Requests
In this menu, users can file requests to the Property Management team. This menu is the primary means of requesting new properties, houses, businesses, shop scripts, and other property related requests.

In this menu, users can access the affiliate program, manage their affiliate link and see an overview of the effect of their link, and the statistics related to it.
