Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
To pick up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3.After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you're here.

Checked all our boxes for major purchase
We were helped by Steven in millwork for a total window & door renovation project that was less than clear on our part at the onset. Steven walked us through it step by step over multiple visits until we were sure we had all verified and double checked. Extreme patience displayed by him and a simple way of communication for us to understand.Very grateful for his assistance and we’ll be back for the various small stuff we still need to select!

Worst checkout experience EVER!!!!
Clerk was physically and mentally incapable of checking out my fairly large order. Then to top it off, her smug colleague refused to help us until I practically begged him to help. He wasn't busy, just stood there and watched his colleague struggle and me fume about how long it was taking. Then he finally agreed to help, after I complained that as a ProXtra member who has spent over $3000 this year alone should be able to get some customer service. Then he had the gall to ask me with a straight face, how my day was going! I told him, it was great until I get to the checkout line and had to deal with these clowns.

Just a great store.
I’ve never had a bad moment at this location. Employees are friendly while not overbearing. Happy mix. Thanks for maintaining a wonderful shopping experience!

Excellent Staff, Well Stocked, and Knowledgable
My cashier, Joel at pro services, was a fantastic help in setting up my pro account. He was knowledgeable, charasmatic, and helpful. Fantastic staff with a clean and well organized store!

Was charged 2 in extra for a 10 ft board because the idiot Emily did not know that roughs on boards always have additional length
Why don't cashier's know that lumber always has additional length so that when they are squared off on the ends you end up with the length of the board, instead I was charged 90 cents more for the rough edges I will be cutting off on a 10 ft board, ridiculous!!!

Excellent Service at the Boulder Pro Desk
All of my experiences with the Boulder Home Depot Pro Desk have been exceptional. Professional, efficient and kind staff that go out of their way to get what I need when I need it. I have worked with this store on 2 major projects in the last few years.

Nice store but employee attitudes not always the best.
Store is nice and clean but have had a couple unfriendly employees that make me go to another store rather then come to this one in Boulder.
